Who can apply

“Grants of up to $10,000 are available to the owners of properties that are 1) listed on the Arkansas Register of Historic Places…”

Option 1 is open to private owners, including businesses, but not for buildings already on the National Register. Option 2 (National Register buildings) is only for a building “owned by a not-for-profit organization or a municipality,” usually needs a $1 match for every $2, and the owner must donate a conservation easement.
