Who can apply
“Applications are accepted from schools, land trusts and other non-profit organizations, and private entities that are located in Arkansas”
Schools and private entities are both named, so a for-profit school should be able to apply (ANPS doesn't say “for-profit” in so many words). The project must promote awareness and education about Arkansas native plants. For a garden: it must be in a public place with clear boundaries, use only Arkansas natives bought from ANPS's listed nurseries, and show an ANPS sign. For plants and materials, you buy first and are paid back from your receipts.
