From the program's application checklist for private schools, which also asks for a narrative on letterhead (students, hours, term, curriculum), a copy of your accreditation or letters from three accredited schools that will accept your students “with no loss of credit,” your articles of incorporation or bylaws, and a one-year financial summary. Approval must be renewed every three years.
