Also open to 501(c)(3) public charities and public school districts, for programs serving Pre-K through 12th grade in the U.S. Money can go to tools and equipment, staff stipends, field trips, travel, curriculum and training, but not meals or conference fees. The page doesn't say whether a for-profit private school counts.
