Requests must serve a community with a GP manufacturing plant and fit one of GP's “Four E” areas, including Education. GP lists five Arkansas facilities but doesn't name them on its locations page; its newsroom names the Crossett mill. Outside Metro Atlanta, GP says to contact the local GP facility.
