Who can apply
“The NAEF Grant Program is open to NAEA members with at least one year of continuous membership prior to application.”
You must join NAEA (the National Art Education Association) a full year before you apply, with no lapse. The grant goes to the teacher; NAEF says members “cannot apply on behalf of the nonprofit organization or institution where they work.”
