Who can apply

“Be a U.S.-based IRS 501(c)(3) qualified charitable or educational organization or an accredited K-12 educational institution”
In the funder’s own words, from oge.com, checked Oct 28, 2026.

Must be located where OG&E operates. Focus on early math and science education, human services, arts and community development. No building or capital grants. The page also says it generally does not fund groups that are not 501(c)(3), so an accredited for-profit school should ask first. Faith-based groups OK if services are open to all, but not religious doctrine (faith: secular_only). Paid to: the organization. Must serve without discrimination based on race, creed, gender, age, sexual orientation or national origin. OG&E's own Arkansas customer guide confirms an Arkansas service area.

  • 501(c)(3) or accredited K-12 school
  • Located in the OG&E service area
  • Way to measure and report outcomes
  • No building or capital projects
