Who can apply
“Applicants must be a USTA Organizational Member. Applicants may apply to become a USTA Organizational Membership at no charge.”
USTA says grants are “not intended to be used for private ventures or for individual player expenses,” which may rule out a for-profit school; ask. The money can't cover existing operating costs, and you must set goals you can measure. Court and facility requests go to USTA's separate Tennis Venue Services program.
