  2. Step 2: Sign up for free on Zeffy
  3. Step 3: Complete Zeffy's organization verification and connect the organization's bank account
  4. Step 4: Build your donation, ticket or raffle form and share the link

“For-profit businesses – Unless you are fundraising on behalf of a verified nonprofit (see FAQ below), for-profit businesses are not eligible to use the platform.”

In the US you must be a nonprofit with an EIN and a bank account in the organization's name. Zeffy says “You do not need 501(c)(3) status to use Zeffy.” Personal bank accounts aren't allowed. Zeffy charges no fees; it runs on optional tips that donors can choose to leave.
